1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale of our Art Wall services. By purchasing or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 Our services include consultation, design, production, and installation, with timelines and requirements clearly communicated at every stage.
2.3 All services are fully customizable within the parameters outlined under Section 4, ensuring a unique artistic experience for every client.
2.4 We reserve the right to refuse projects that conflict with our artistic vision or standards.

3. Pricing
3.1 Bas-Relief: Starting at $750 per design for a 60 sqf wall.
3.2 Mural: Starting at $600 for a 60 sqf wall.
3.3 Art Panels: Starting at $700 for a set of three 1 ft by 4 ft panels. An additional $100 applies for floating frames.
4. Customization and Design
4.1 Custom designs are available and will be priced according to the complexity and size of the artwork.
4.2 Custom designs is not applicable for the early birds promotion. However, slight changes to the listed designs such as the size of flowers and the colors will be considered.
4.3 All customization requests must be submitted and approved prior to the start of production.
5. Payment and Deposit
5.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation to initiate production.
5.2 The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork and before installation.
6. Production and Installation
6.1 Estimated production times are provided at the time of order and may vary based on design complexity and workload.
6.2 Installation dates will be scheduled upon completion of production. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellations made within 48 hours of order confirmation will receive a full refund of the deposit.
7.2 Cancellations made after 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
7.3 Refunds are not available once production has begun.
8. Warranty and Quality
8.1 All art wall services are handcrafted with the highest quality materials. We ensure all designs meet our standards of craftsmanship.
8.2 In the unlikely event of defects or issues, please contact us within ONE month of installation for resolution.
9. Liability
9.1 Fine Kitsch is not liable for any damage to property or delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to installation conditions or external events.
10. Changes to Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
