Inspired by the comforting tastes of Asian food, we unfolded Chapter 2 with a home food—Nasi Ayam, or Chicken Rice. Waie's love for the dish was the driving force behind this Chapter. The green sauce, with its herbaceous, vibrant, and slightly citrusy profile, was meticulously developed to complement the tender chicken and fragrant rice. Since then, we've let our Asian culinary curiosity take flight.
